A clean bench is a small dust-free space, often no bigger than a desk. Intermodular builds clean benches to measure, in accordance with the customer's needs. We distinguish between Soft-wall Clean Cabins and Ultra Clean Benches. A Soft-wall Clean Cabin has a turbulent air flow and still complies perfectly with the ISO-7 standard. The Ultra Clean Bench has a laminate air flow; depending on the version, the clean bench can be built to standard ISO-3. Intermodular Ultra Clean Benches are used worldwide by among others the market leader in the field of lithographic systems in the semiconductor industry.
